If a room is available, we ask you confirm
your booking using our
online secure booking
form. Please note we only take a minimum of 3 day bookings at the weekends
which must include Sunday night. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

- All our rooms are en-suite with secure wireless Internet access, remote control
colour television, direct dial telephone and tea / coffee making facilities.
- We serve a selection of sandwiches, salads and snacks throughout the day.
- Happy Hour is 5pm - 7pm on weekday evenings.
- Room prices are per room per night and include
full English Breakfast and V.A.T.
- VISA, Delta, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro cards are welcome.

Conditions of Booking
- All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of
receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
- The first night of each booking is charged when the reservation is
made and is non-refundable.
- Our cancellation notice period is SEVEN DAYS. Cancellations less than
seven days prior to arrival date may incur an additional charge if
cancelled nights are not re-sold.
- After you have checked out and there are unpaid bills, telephone, bar
bills, cancellation charge or any other items owing to us these will
automatically be charged to your credit card.
- The proprietor cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests'
property unless handed in for safe custody. Accounts must be paid before
departure unless arrangements have been made a the time of booking and we
have written confirmation of this. Cheques will be accepted within the
limit of their guarantee card, which must accompany them.
- In the event of cancellation or curtailment, the person whose name
appears on the booking form or any letter of confirmation will be liable
to pay the total cost as per the reservation less an allowance for food,
service and VAT for any period which is no re-let. (This amounts to 80% of
the quoted price). Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from
any claim for compensation arising out of any curtailment of the contract.
- The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any
contract should the conduct of any person who is part to the contract
cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
- The Old Black Horse is a completely non smoking establishment.
